About Desert Flower Landscaping
We started in 2020 and have grown into a team of 20+ without losing the hands-on approach. We design and build every project ourselves, so the people who plan your project are the ones who deliver it, and nothing gets lost between the drawings and the finished garden.

The Role
As an Experienced Landscaper, you'll be hands-on across our projects - turning designs into finished gardens across Adelaide and the Adelaide Hills, working alongside a crew that takes the same pride in the details as you do.
Your Role:
Carry out landscape construction tasks - paving, planting, timber, stone, and retaining works
Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently
Work closely with your Supervisor to deliver projects on time and to spec
Maintain site quality, safety, and presentation
Contribute to a positive team culture built on pride and craftsmanship
About you:
2+ years of hands-on experience in landscaping
Cert III in Landscape Construction (or working toward it)
A great attitude - reliable, proactive and detail driven
Ability to follow plans and execute tasks efficiently
