We’re Desert Flower Landscaping a multi-award-winning landscaping company, and we need a Landscape Construction Supervisor to lead our premium projects in Adelaide and the Hills.

With us, you’ll enjoy:

·         $35–$40/hr (based on experience)

·         Company ute + fuel card (valued at $15k+)

·         $1,000 sign-on bonus after 12 months

·         Annual completion bonuses on top of wages

·         Career progression + external training

o   That’s an earning potential of up to $95k

What You’ll Do

• Lead a crew on-site and deliver projects to spec

• Manage materials, subcontractors, and schedules

• Build and oversee hardscaping & softscaping works

• Ensure top-quality workmanship, safety, and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years landscaping construction experience

• Leadership and communication skills

• Organised, proactive and detail-driven

• Fit, reliable and ready to take ownership of projects
