$1,000 sign-on bonus after 12 months

What You’ll Do

Lead a crew on-site and deliver projects to spec
Manage materials, subcontractors, and schedules
Build and oversee hardscaping & softscaping works
Ensure top-quality workmanship, safety, and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

2+ years landscaping construction experience
Leadership and communication skills
Organised, proactive and detail-driven
Fit, reliable and ready to take ownership of projects
